Yes, the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration recognizes the Dutch Auschwitz Committee as a Public Benefit Organization (PBO). This means that donations made to the Committee are 125% tax deductible on your tax return. This also applies to donations for the adoption of names on the Dutch Holocaust Memorial of Names.

If, for whatever reason, the Dutch Holocaust Memorial of Names is not built, all the donations will be returned, minus a deduction of 5.00 euros maximum per payment for bank expenses.
