After my mother’s death at age 97, we found a handwritten memoir in Dutch of her time in various camps, including Auschwitz.
I had it translated into English, but we still have the original of course. Her name was Anna Moffie Lierens; she had lived in Amsterdam. I also have photographs of her before and immediately after the war, while still in Germany, making her way back to Amsterdam. Only she and her brother survived. She emigrated to the US in 1947.
